Meet Warren Behan

I’ve been helping people buy and sell their Powell River homes, businesses, land and recreational properties since 1990. As a Top MLS Producer for many years, I have earned the trust of clients and colleagues in my expertise of the local market – I know Powell River Real Estate inside out, including residential, commercial and investment properties, from Saltery Bay to Desolation Sound. Providing excellent service is an integral part of my success and that is where teamwork comes in. My full-time office administrator and marketing coordinator take care of things behind the scenes so I’m able to give full attention to my clients. I also work with a super network of specialists in financing, conveyance, appraisal, and inspection to create a seamless real estate experience.

I’ve served in several roles on the Powell River Sunshine Coast Real Estate Board for most of my career, as president, past president, vice president, government relations, and currently as treasurer. I was a founding member of the Powell River Regional Economic Development Society and I am a member of the Community Futures Lending Committee (Powell River). Being involved with these organizations is a perfect fit as we all work together to keep this city vibrant.

This is my home town and I have a large extended family here. I value the quality of life that Powell River has to offer – a safe, caring, and vibrant community that also happens to be a boater’s paradise. I know this is a fantastic place to raise a family and enjoy a good life, plus it’s a wonderful place to retire, so I thoroughly enjoy helping others realize this too.
